  7. These stationary hors d’oeuvres platters are perfect for medium sized gatherings.

  8. Citrus-Cured Smoked Salmon: Served with crostini, riced egg whites & yolks, diced onion, capers, lemon and citrus-infused crème fraiche 

  9. Antipasto Misto: Wood-grilled vegetables; marinated artichokes, olives and caper berries
